LuxuryRecovery

About

An independent guide to recovery.

LuxuryRecovery is a small, independent editorial directory built for the people who need it most: individuals, families, and clinicians navigating the world’s finest residential recovery programs. We exist to make a genuinely difficult decision a little clearer.

The directory

What we cover.

Every listing in our directory is researched and written by our editorial team, not submitted by the centers themselves. We cover residential treatment, detox, and extended care programs that meet a consistently high bar for environment, clinical depth, and privacy.

The directory spans programs across North America, Europe, Africa, and the Asia-Pacific, each assessed against the same criteria regardless of location or prestige. A property’s reputation alone is not enough to earn a listing; clinical substance matters as much as the setting.

We update listings when things change. If a medical director departs, a program shifts focus, or a facility closes, we reflect that. The goal is a directory you can trust over time, current long after it was first published.

Editorial standards

How we verify.

We don’t publish clinical claims we can’t support. Descriptions of treatment modalities, accreditations, and clinical staffing are drawn from primary sources (licensing bodies, accreditation records, and direct outreach to programs), not marketing copy.

Centers may sponsor their listing on LuxuryRecovery. Any commercial relationship is disclosed clearly. A listing fee never influences what is written: editorial copy is drafted independently, and no program shapes its own description.

This is not medical advice. The directory is a starting point. The right next step is always a confidential conversation with a licensed clinician who knows the individual’s full picture.
