Guests fish and kayak on the lake, swim in the pool, or simply walk the grounds: old oaks, Spanish moss, and open water where standard residential programs would have a parking lot. Florida's climate keeps this usable year-round.

What makes Tikvah Lake unusual among private residential programs is what it isn't. It isn't a clinical building with hotel rooms attached. The mansion was designed as a home, and the six-guest limit preserves that feeling. Mealtimes are shared around a single table, outdoor spaces are genuinely private, and the pace of the day is set by therapy and recovery rather than institutional scheduling.
