Why a month here costs what it costs.
The price is mostly staffing arithmetic. A six-guest house carries a full clinical team (psychiatrist, licensed therapists, medical and support staff, a chef) for a handful of people, and the therapy is delivered one-on-one rather than in groups of thirty. Add a private Malibu property and the arithmetic lands where the table shows.
